We are looking for an experienced Digital Workplace System Engineer (DEX) to design, implement, and support Digital Employee Experience (DEX) solutions in a large-scale enterprise environment.
This role is ideal for candidates with strong Wintel support experience, endpoint management expertise, and hands-on experience with Digital Employee Experience platforms such as Tanium, Nexthink, or Nanoheal. The successful candidate will work closely with service management, operations, and support teams to improve endpoint health, automate remediation, and enhance the overall digital workplace experience through analytics and automation.
1. DEX Platform Integration & Management
• Configure, optimize, and maintain Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platforms.
• Support integration between DEX platforms and ITSM solutions.
• Develop and implement DEX use cases to improve endpoint performance and user experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and service improvement.
2. Endpoint Monitoring & Analytics
• Monitor endpoint health, performance, and user experience using DEX analytics tools.
• Analyze trends and provide actionable insights to improve service quality.
• Produce operational reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
3. Automation & Self-Healing
• Develop and maintain self-healing and automated remediation workflows.
• Create PowerShell scripts for endpoint automation, monitoring, and remediation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying repetitive issues suitable for automation.
4. Operational Support
• Provide Wintel (Windows Infrastructure) support and troubleshooting.
• Support endpoint management activities, patching, configuration management, and system optimization.
• Assist support teams with advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
5. Documentation & Knowledge Management
• Develop and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and technical documentation.
• Provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer to support teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Digital Workplace, Endpoint Management, System Engineering, or similar roles.
• Hands-on experience with at least one of the following DEX platforms:
• Tanium
• Nexthink
• Nanoheal
• Strong Wintel support experience, including Windows operating systems and endpoint troubleshooting.
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation and operational support.
• Experience developing automation, remediation, or self-healing workflows.
• Good understanding of endpoint management and digital workplace technologies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune or other endpoint management platforms.
• Experience integrating DEX platforms with ServiceNow or other ITSM solutions.
• Knowledge of Bash scripting or other automation technologies.
• Experience in enterprise-scale environments.
• Familiarity with endpoint telemetry, device analytics, and user experience monitoring.
• Relevant certifications in Microsoft, Endpoint Management, or Digital Workplace technologies.
