Job Description We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operational Staff to support day-to-day business operations, project coordination, and operational reporting across teams. Job Description We are looking for an experienced Digital Workplace System Engineer (DEX) to design, implement, and support Digital Employee Experience (DEX) solutions in a large-scale enterprise environment. This role is ideal for candidates with strong Wintel support experience, endpoint management expertise, and hands-on experience with Digital Employee Experience platforms such as Tanium, Nexthink, or Nanoheal. The successful candidate will work closely with service management, operations, and support teams to improve endpoint health, automate remediation, and enhance the overall digital workplace experience through analytics and automation. Key Responsibilities 1. DEX Platform Integration & Management • Configure, optimize, and maintain Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platforms. • Support integration between DEX platforms and ITSM solutions. • Develop and implement DEX use cases to improve endpoint performance and user experience. • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and service improvement. 2. Endpoint Monitoring & Analytics • Monitor endpoint health, performance, and user experience using DEX analytics tools. • Analyze trends and provide actionable insights to improve service quality. • Produce operational reports and dashboards for stakeholders. 3. Key Responsibilities Project Management Lead end-to-end software development projects from initiation through deployment.
