Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Head of Operations to oversee and optimize end-to-end operations across multiple business units. This role is ideal for a strategic and hands-on leader who can drive execution excellence, ensure operational alignment, and manage financial governance across the organization. The role will work closely with senior leadership to translate strategy into actionable plans, improve operational efficiency, and support business growth in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise multiple business units to achieve operational and financial targets Translate company strategy into actionable operational plans across teams Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve performance Ensure consistency in processes, reporting standards, and execution quality Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance scalability and efficiency Oversee centralized functions including Operations, Engineering, HR, Finance, and Design Align cross-functional teams with overall business priorities Establish SOPs, internal controls, and optimized workflows Support execution of strategic and cross-functional initiatives Manage end-to-end finance operations including budgeting, reporting, and cash flow Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements Provide financial insights and recommendations to leadership Support strategic planning and organizational development Develop KPI dashboards and operational frameworks Identify risks and bottlenecks, and propose mitigation strategies Lead, coach, and develop teams across functions Establish clear performance expectations and accountability frameworks Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or related field Minimum 7–10 years of experience in operations, business management, or consulting Proven experience managing cross-functional or multi-disciplinary teams Strong experience in financial management, budgeting, and reporting Experience in fast-paced environments (startup, consulting, or tech-driven organizations preferred) Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications: Experience in financial services, insurtech, or digital businesses Professional certifications in finance, operations, or project management Strong analytical skills with experience in performance tracking and reporting Ability to operate in complex, multi-entity environments

Job Description We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operational Staff to support day-to-day business operations, project coordination, and operational reporting across teams. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy structured work, operational execution, process improvement, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure operational activities run smoothly, reports are maintained accurately, and ongoing initiatives are properly tracked and executed. Candidates with background as PMO, Project Coordinator, Operations Staff, Operations Executive, or Business Operations Associate are highly encouraged to apply. This position is full-time and based on-site in Jakarta (Fatmawati) . Key Responsibilities Support daily operational activities and ensure smooth coordination across departments Assist in preparing operational reports, KPI tracking, and status updates Maintain and organize operational documentation, SOPs, and internal records Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, timelines, and action items for ongoing initiatives Support project tracking and operational execution to ensure deadlines are met Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities to improve efficiency and workflow Support administrative and operational tasks related to business activities Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting for operational activities Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, Finance, or related field 1–3 years of experience in operations, PMO, project coordination, administration, or business support roles Strong organizational and coordination skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and tracking Good analytical and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and accountability Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously Willing to work full-time on-site in Jakarta (Fatmawati) Preferred Qualifications Experience as PMO, Project Coordinator, Operations Executive, or Business Operations Associate Familiarity with KPI reporting, operational tracking, and SOP documentation Experience coordinating cross-functional projects or initiatives Basic understanding of business operations, budgeting, or reporting processes Professional working proficiency in English Experience working in startup, consulting, or fast-paced business environments Familiarity with project management or collaboration tools is a plus
