Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Head of Operations to oversee and optimize end-to-end operations across multiple business units. This role is ideal for a strategic and hands-on leader who can drive execution excellence, ensure operational alignment, and manage financial governance across the organization.
The role will work closely with senior leadership to translate strategy into actionable plans, improve operational efficiency, and support business growth in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise multiple business units to achieve operational and financial targets
Translate company strategy into actionable operational plans across teams
Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve performance
Ensure consistency in processes, reporting standards, and execution quality
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance scalability and efficiency
Oversee centralized functions including Operations, Engineering, HR, Finance, and Design
Align cross-functional teams with overall business priorities
Establish SOPs, internal controls, and optimized workflows
Support execution of strategic and cross-functional initiatives
Manage end-to-end finance operations including budgeting, reporting, and cash flow
Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements
Provide financial insights and recommendations to leadership
Support strategic planning and organizational development
Develop KPI dashboards and operational frameworks
Identify risks and bottlenecks, and propose mitigation strategies
Lead, coach, and develop teams across functions
Establish clear performance expectations and accountability frameworks
Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or related field
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in operations, business management, or consulting
Proven experience managing cross-functional or multi-disciplinary teams
Strong experience in financial management, budgeting, and reporting
Experience in fast-paced environments (startup, consulting, or tech-driven organizations preferred)
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in financial services, insurtech, or digital businesses
Professional certifications in finance, operations, or project management
Strong analytical skills with experience in performance tracking and reporting
Ability to operate in complex, multi-entity environments
